Main Functions by BGA Machine  : -

In the form of reballing of VGA IC {Graphic IC} MCH chipset etc. of laptop and IC can be changed by this machine. If the display is not coming inside the laptop, then after checking the RAM etc., we will check that this main function is related to the display IC, then we will take out the motherboard of the laptop and check the IC if the IC is burnt or bloated. If so, we have to change the IC and if the IC is not bloated or burnt, then apply the liquid paste to the machine once by setting the machine's infra red heater and front heater TEMP:- IR-190c FR:-280c will turn on So that if the bolts of the IC are drisold then they will be correct, yet if the IC is not working then we will remove the IC and reball and put the IC back, if the IC is swollen or burnt then we will have to change the IC.

Even if the IC we find new, then we will have to make balls of the IC  : -

To make balls of any IC, we need BGA KIT. To make balls, we will clean all the tracks of the IC thoroughly with a soldering iron and after cleaning, lock the IC inside the BGA KIT to lock After applying a good company's soldering paste, after applying the paste, the size of the IC will be locked by applying the BGA kit and the balls which are available in the market will be put on the fire, so that all the tracks above the IC will be put on the soldering paste. Due to hine, the balls will stick there, after the balls stick, take out the extra balls, after that take out the kit of the kit and solder the sticking balls with the help of hot air gun to solder all the balls well. After that, instead of the track on the motherboard, we will set the IC and set both the heater front and infrared of the machine and turn on the machine, so that after a while the IC will be arranged in its place and your motherboard will be on. .

Note : - If the IC is drisold, then we can give normal heat by applying paste with hot air gun in case of no BGA machine, most of the motherboards become correct.

Due to the more expensive BGA machine, we can also do a lot of work with hot air gun.
