If the on / off switch inside the laptop gets damaged, then the laptop is not turned on. To confirm that only the on / off switch inside the laptop is bad, for this, we should change our laptop charger to the laptop.  If the laptop is charging but the laptop is not turning on, then the on / off switch may go bad. Even if the 3.5 V DC volt is not coming inside the laptop, even if the on / off switch is correct.  Laptops are not on.

5. When the motherboard is damaged and component damage  : -
